From Texas to Canada, and across the UK, we’ve been proudly representing Belfast and Northern Ireland at key international events: ✈️ Meet in Ireland Texas Our Senior Business Events Manager Jude Abraham headed to Dallas and Austin to connect with US buyers and show why Belfast is a top destination for business events 🧳 Tourism Ireland Canada Road Show Our Travel Trade Manager Ruth Flynn travelled across Canada, engaging with Canadian planners and partners to highlight everything Belfast has to offer, including the opportunity to experience Titanic Belfast through their state of the art VR Headset. As well as trying Waterman House famous wheaten bread and Daisies Chocolate. 🖊️ ABPCO Festival of Learning Our Business Events Account Manager Beth Murphy headed to Birmingham to exchange insights and build stronger ties within the professional conference community. Some really interesting takeaways focusing on Neuroinclusivity at at events 🚢 CLIA | Cruise Lines International Association Cruise Summit Our Deputy CEO Rachael McGuickin and Senior Sustainability and Impact Manager Jac Callan headed to Liverpool for the CLIA Summite. ✈️ Visit Belfast and Belfast International Airport take flight in a new tourism partnership The new partnership aims to drive tourism growth by focusing on shared goals, including enhancing the visitor experience at the airport and highlighting the airport’s significant investments through information, promotional support, and branding opportunities across Visit Belfast’s global digital and marketing channels. The Airport, which is the second largest gateway to Ireland around 30mins from Belfast City Centre, is currently investing £100m as part of a 5 year programme to transform its facilities, passenger experience and accelerate operational and environmental performance.
